Your Role as Social Media Manager
As the Social Media Manager at Dominos in DeLand, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing social media strategies that connect with our customers and enhance our brand's online presence. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive online voice and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Dominos’ marketing goals and enhances brand awareness.
- Create engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Manage daily posts and monitor online conversations, responding promptly to customer inquiries and comments to foster engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing counterparts to create integrated campaigns that leverage social media to enhance reach and impact.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships, developing relationships with local and national influencers to create authentic brand ambassadorships.
- Stay updated on social media industry trends and best practices to ensure Dominos remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
